| Camp Leatherwood began as a dream of David Mosley's, but it became a reality on January 28, 1982, when ten beautiful acres were donated by Dennie, Guy, and Carl Spann, and another ten acres were given by Calvin Larkins and heirs. Without their generous gifts, this dream would never have come true. Christians from this area then bonded together in a working unit to donate supplies, materials, money, labor, and the sweat of their brows, to forge a wonderful place to be used by Christians and Christian youth to grow together in the bond of love for the Lord. | ||
